Job summary

Wendy's is seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead the restaurant management team in Boutte, LA. You will drive guest satisfaction, financial results, and operational metrics while building a culture of teamwork and accountability.

As a leader, you will train and coach the management team, ensure food safety and brand standards, and manage schedules, costs, and performance expectations. A SERV Safe certification is required or obtainable during training.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant management team or similar high-traffic operation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to train and develop staff.
• Commitment to food safety, quality, and service standards.

• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift.
• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill.
• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve our customers, and maintain a clean restaurant that you-re proud to work in.
• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training.
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
• Must be 21 years of age or older
