Job summary

Whiskey Cake seeks an experienced General Manager to lead overall restaurant performance, oversee operations, financial results and guest experience while bringing Brand DNA to life.

The ideal candidate is charismatic, strategic, and capable of building a fun, energetic culture where Team Members excel. Senior leadership will drive sales and operations with a focus on hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
• General Manager experience in upscale casual concepts preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales, manage costs and develop restaurant teams.
• Strong understanding of financial performance, forecasting, labor management and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Create and adjust annual and quarterly operating plans based on sales trends.
• Drive top-line sales through memorable Guest experiences and community partnerships.
• Review financial results and identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure effective labor management through accurate forecasting and scheduling.
• Lead Managers to achieve performance standards and controllable expenses.
