Whiskey Cake in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead overall restaurant performance, oversee operations, financial results, leadership development and the guest experience while bringing the brand DNA to life.

The ideal GM is charismatic, outgoing and emotionally intelligent, with strategic thinking, team leadership, and a passion for hospitality, scratch-made food, and craft cocktails.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of restaurant management in a high-volume, full-service environment.
• GM experience in an upscale casual concept preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales, manage costs and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of financial performance, forecasting, labor management and cost controls.
• Results-driven, trustworthy and team-oriented leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Create and adjust annual and quarterly operating plans based on sales trends and restaurant performance.
• Drive top-line sales through memorable guest experiences and community partnerships.
• Review financial results and identify opportunities to increase sales, control expenses and improve profitability.
• Ensure effective labor management through accurate forecasting and weekly schedule review.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain a polished guest experience.
