U-Haul is seeking a General Manager Trainee to learn how to manage a moving and storage center in Webster, Texas. You will oversee inventory, maintain equipment, and ensure outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of management experience in retail or service with P&L responsibility.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with retail operations.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Able to work weekends and holidays; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the fleet to deliver clean, well-maintained equipment.
• Track and itemize inventory to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure customers receive the highest quality of care.
• Keep track of fuel receipts and petty cash.
• Clean and monitor the premises and maintain a secure environment.
• Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University.
