Qualifications

• 1–3 years of management experience in retail or service industries with responsibility for financial results and customer satisfaction.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn systems quickly.
• Organizational excellence and experience managing high-volume retail with profit and loss accountability.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage the fleet to deliver clean and well-maintained equipment
• Track and itemize inventory
• Ensure customers receive high quality service
• Keep track of fuel receipts and petty cash
• Keep premises clean, secure, and well-maintained
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University
