Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams and supervising training and attendance policies.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and labor control abilities.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous guest service, answer questions, and investigate and resolve guest problems and complaints.
• Maintain inventory control with knowledge of cost of goods, turn ratio, ordering and receiving products.
• Responsible for budgeting, sales forecasts, P/L performance, and labor control.
• Maintain and repair store facilities and equipment, including HVAC, lighting, and safety systems.
• Coordinate maintenance of the POS system and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide supervision and training to teammates including scheduling, coaching, performance management, and appraisals.
• Open/close the store, manage paperwork, and ensure cash controls are in place.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to enforce policies and report incidents.
