CASCADA seeks a highly skilled General Manager for Thermal Springs + Wellness to lead daily operations of the Thermal Springs, spa, and fitness areas. You will drive guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and staff development while coordinating with multiple departments and reporting to the Managing Director.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Thermal Springs, Spa and Fitness operations.
• Proven ability to develop and implement budgets and forecasts.

• Excellent guest relations and service recovery skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all Thermal Springs, Spa and Fitness operations, including guest services, membership sales and relations, programming, revenue generation, inventory management, and cost control.
• Implement and maintain budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial goals are met.
• Build all compliance policies and procedures in partnership with leadership, and monitor performance.
• Provide leadership through training, coaching, and recognition of team members.
