The Finch, part of Milkshake Concepts, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead all operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage a high-volume full-service restaurant in Dallas.

You will recruit and develop a strong team, oversee financial performance, control labor and costs, and partner with culinary leadership to ensure exceptional hospitality. If you are passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the overall operation of The Finch. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can build strong teams, drive financial performance, maintain high operational standards, and create an exceptional experience for both guests and employees.
