Responsibilities

• Complete all training, including Management Development and Food Safety Certifications
• Ensure excellent guest experiences and uphold service and cleanliness standards
• Manage staffing, training, and team development
• Create effective work schedules to optimize sales and control labor costs
• Lead shift operations, delegate tasks, and communicate expectations
• Maintain operational standards, safety, and compliance with all policies and laws
• Conduct performance reviews and develop action plans for improvement
• Handle guest and team concerns professionally
• Other duties as necessary to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older
• Valid driver's license, insurance, reliable transportation
• Open availability, minimum 5 days/48 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Background check and motor vehicle report clearance
• Leadership, organizational skills, and team interaction ability
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• 3-5 years management experience; restaurant management preferred

Capability Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Use of hands for manipulation and communication skills
• Ability to work in temperature-varied environments and operate restaurant equipment safely
