Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for Tala Beach, a seasonal venue, to lead the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in similar F&B leadership, with advanced knowledge of F&B operations, and a proven record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance. Strong communication and flexible availability for a 24-hour operation are essential.

About you...

Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 3 years of similar work experience.

Excels at communication, both verbal and written.

Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
