The General Manager (GM) leads the operation of the Taco John's Chanute, KS restaurant. As a GM, you'll have responsibility for the financial success of your restaurant, as well as managing staff, keeping customers happy, and adhering to health and safety mandates. The role has a strong hospitality element, ensuring that the restaurant delivers high-quality food, drink, and good customer service.

Starting annual pay for a highly qualified QSR General Manager/Restaurant Manager is $48,000/ yearplus a monthly bonus based off of performance.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Requirements High School diploma or GED.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must have open availability
• Must be willing to work a minimum of 45 hours per week
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be willing to relocate
• Must be ServSafe certified (or able to obtain certification)
• Minimum 2 years prior General Manager experience in QSR required
• Strong leadership, accountability, and operational execution required
• Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and maintain company standards
