Job summary

LBT Group, LLC is seeking a General Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Café in Speedway, Indiana. You will lead the front and back of house operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and operational excellence.

Job description

The General Manager is responsible for leading the FOH and BOH operations of the Cafe. The GM will spend significant time performing & assisting with managerial duties, as well as some back of house cooking functions. Key responsibilities include managing, training and disciplining cafe crew members along with interviewing, hiring, & scheduling for the cafe. The GM is responsible for ensuring excellent guest experience, the safety of our guests, team members, property, and product quality. The GM must operate within brand standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains & exceeds customer expectations to build brand loyalty.
• Presents a consistent, professional image of the café & crew by maintaining all sanitation & appearance standards.
• Communicates & stays updated on all marketing & promotional materials.
• Executes marketing & sales programs, following appropriate guidelines.
• Knowledgeable and proficient in each position within the cafe.
• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new Crew Members to ensure the café is staffed at the appropriate level.
• Leads and coaches Assistant Managers and staff during each shift to ensure brand standards are upheld

REQUIREMENTS
