Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash seeks a General Manager to oversee all aspects of a location’s performance. You will lead daily operations, coach staff, and drive revenue while ensuring safety and high service standards.

This role reports to the Area Director and offers a base salary of $60,000 to $65,000 with bonus potential. Expect 45–50 hours weekly, with opportunities for career advancement in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of management experience in retail or hospitality.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees.
• Willingness to work 45–50 hours per week.
