Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a General Manager for our Somersworth, NH service center. The role directs overall activities, provides leadership to personnel, and drives center performance.

The GM will analyze statements, manage payroll controls, set sales goals, coach sales staff, and ensure customer communications while upholding safety standards. Qualified candidates have a BS/BA in business or operations and 5+ years in HVAC or related service industries, plus

Qualifications

BS or BA in Business Administration or Operations preferred.
5+ years of experience in HVAC, Security, Pest Control, or similar customer-service industries.
Ability to utilize basic computer applications (databases, spreadsheets, word processing, and internet).

Responsibilities

Analyze operating statement for the center and departments and take appropriate action.
Prepare GM report and take appropriate action.
Analyze determinants of profitability and take actions to adjust.
Plan/set/achieve sales goals; coach salespeople.
Ensure effective customer communications.
Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures.
