LV Petroleum in Las Vegas is seeking a hands-on General Manager to support daily restaurant operations and lead a strong team to deliver an excellent guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, assist with opening/closing, recruit and train staff, supervise shifts, and drive customer satisfaction while managing expenses, labor, and inventory. A college degree is preferred. High school diploma required.

• Two to three years of leadership experience in restaurant or food service.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Experience with cost control, budgeting, and inventory management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day to day operations ensuring service runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining company standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and overall guest experience.
• Support opening and closing procedures and ensure all processes are followed consistently.
• Help recruit, train, and onboard new team members while providing ongoing coaching and support.
• Supervise staff during shifts, delegate tasks effectively, and create a positive team environment built on communication and collaboration.
• Conduct performance discussions to support employee growth and development.
• Play a key role in delivering a high level of customer satisfaction by monitoring food quality, service, and overall guest experience.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and work to resolve issues quickly while leading by example in all guest interactions.
• Support the financial performance of the restaurant by helping manage expenses, labor, and inventory.
• Assist with tracking sales, supporting payroll, and maintaining accurate inventory levels to reduce waste and maximize profitability.
• Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Help enforce food safety procedures, maintain cleanliness, and ensure all equipment and facilities are operating properly.
• Support local marketing and promotional efforts to drive traffic and increase sales.
• Help execute campaigns, communicate promotions to guests, and contribute to building strong community engagement.
• Maintain clear communication with the Assistant General Manager and team members by providing updates on operations, staff performance, and overall business needs while helping identify opportunities for improvement.
