Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC is seeking a General Manager for a fast-paced restaurant operation in the Reno area. You will oversee daily restaurant activities, ensure brand standards, drive sales, manage costs, and lead a high-performing team.

Responsibilities include operations, guest satisfaction, staff development, scheduling, and adherence to safety and financial targets. This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience in quick-service, pizza, or fast-casual operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead in a high-volume, stand-alone environment.
• Experience with staffing, coaching and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Operations

• Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure speed, quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
• Maintain Sbarro brand standards for food preparation, presentation, and service
• Drive sales performance, profitability, and labor management
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and operational compliance standards are consistently met
• Manage inventory, ordering, waste control, and cost management

Team Leadership

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Coach and motivate employees to achieve operational and customer service goals
• Create a positive, energetic, and accountability-driven culture
• Build strong bench strength and develop future leaders
• Lead by example during peak-volume periods and daily operations

Guest Experience

• Deliver an outstanding guest experience every shift
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally

Administrative & Financial Management

Requirements
