Role Overview

This position is based at a franchisee-owned and operated location. The franchisee is an independent company and employer separate from McDonald's USA, meaning all hiring, scheduling, and employment decisions are handled solely by the franchisee organization.

• Run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald's critical standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Collaborate with leadership to set restaurant goals and build actionable plans to achieve them.
• Lead a team of Department Managers — helping them set department-level goals, track progress, and providing ongoing coaching.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has a strong leadership pipeline for the future.
• Drive continuous improvement across all departments so the entire restaurant operation levels up.
