Job summary

Neal Tire is seeking a Retail General Manager in Bloomington, IN, to lead a dedicated team, drive sales, and maximize profitability through precise oversight of operations, inventory, expenses, and P&L management.

You will build strong customer relationships, ensure exceptional service, and uphold company policies while maintaining safety and a positive store culture in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver\'s license with safe driving record.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screening required.
• Extensive knowledge of auto repair/maintenance procedures and trends.
• Proven leadership with skills in management, training, and team development.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety, equipment maintenance, and best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Commitment to meeting the needs of a diverse customer base.
• High level of professional integrity and customer service.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and store performance analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills.

Weekly Day Range: Monday to Friday w/ Weekend Availability as Needed

• Lift and/or move tires weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without mechanical assistance
• Frequent bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and stretching
