Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant and Lounge General Manager to lead the daily operations of the Garni Restaurant, including Pool, In Room Dining, Nectar Room, and all related entertainment and activations.

You will drive menu planning, sanitation standards, staffing, payroll, and on-floor support during peak periods, with a strong focus on financial performance, guest service, team engagement, and training to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the Garni Restaurant, Pool, In Room Dining operations, Nectar Room, and all related entertainment and activations.
• Assist with menu planning, maintain sanitation standards, and schedule team members.
• Handle payroll administration and support team members on the floor during peak meal periods.
• Strive to improve guest and team member satisfaction, determine training needs, and implement action plans.
• Maintain focus on financial performance, labor management, and guest/team satisfaction.

Job description

The Restaurant and Lounge General Manager leads the daily operations of the Garni Restaurant, including Pool, In Room Dining operations and Nectar Room and all entertainment and activation related to those venues. Duties include but are not limited to assisting with menu planning, maintaining sanitation standards, scheduling team members, payroll administration and supporting team members on the floor during peak meal periods.
