Job summary

L.W GROUP is seeking a Floor Manager / Captain to lead daily front-of-house operations in a fast-paced restaurant group and to grow into higher-level management. The role emphasizes guest experience, staff supervision, and seamless service.

You will supervise servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff, train and motivate the team, and coordinate with kitchen and management to maintain smooth service. Weekend/holiday availability is required; competitive pay is based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management or captain experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Must be organized, reliable, and able to multitask.
• Experience in high-volume restaurants preferred.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work 5 days per week consistently.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Experience with Toast POS is a plus.
