Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run our store, ensure customer satisfaction, and support a cohesive team. You will oversee operations, drive results, and uphold safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has prior management experience in fast-food, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. Competitive base salary with bonus potential and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role or similar is required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
