Job summary

Tyson Foods' Waterloo Pork Plant is seeking a General Manager Production to direct and train supervisors, oversee rendering production operations, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency on the second shift. Rendering experience and HACCP knowledge are preferred; relocation assistance is available.

Candidate will lead a team in a fast-paced food processing environment, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement across production metrics.

Able to communicate with all levels of management.## ## Special Skills: Team leader problem solving and motivation to take on special projects.## ## Supervisory:* ## Responsible for all Production Operations at the facility.* ## Includes managing all production supervisors department production schedules product rotation CCP verification schedules and overseeing safety committee.* ## Includes responsibility to review team members in these roles and develop improve deficient areas.* ## Primary coverage is second shift.
