Qualifications

• Significant senior-level leadership experience in a private club or luxury hospitality setting.
• Experience leading staff development and succession planning.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead with integrity, visibility and professionalism as the cultural and operational leader of Club Giraud.
• Oversee financial performance, budgets and internal controls to protect assets.
• Develop member engagement strategies to increase utilization and satisfaction.
• Partner with the Board to set strategic direction and governance.
• Ensure food, beverage and events meet the club’s high standards.
