Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 10 years of technical metallurgical melting experience.
• Experience leading complex manufacturing operations.
• Ability to drive safety, quality, delivery and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end performance of Primary Operations, including melting and hot rolling, with accountability for safety, quality, reliability, productivity, cost, delivery, inventory, and employee engagement.
• Establish and execute the operational strategy in alignment with SRP and ATI objectives, prioritizing high-value opportunities.
• Champion a world-class safety culture embedded in daily discipline and accountability at all levels.
• Drive operational excellence and right-first-time quality meeting aerospace and specialty requirements.
• Improve delivery performance and manufacturing responsiveness to support accelerated growth.
• Lead a culture of continuous improvement using Lean, data-driven problem solving, standard work, and best-practice sharing.
