Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 10 years of technical metallurgical melting experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end melting and hot rolling operations with safety, quality, reliability, and productivity accountability.
• Develop and execute an operational strategy aligned with SRP and ATI objectives.
• Champion a world-class safety culture across all levels of the organization.
• Drive operational excellence with Lean, data-driven problem solving, standard work and continuous improvement.
• Improve delivery, manufacturing responsiveness, and asset utilization through cross-functional collaboration.
