Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in estimating, preconstruction, operations, or power delivery construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for preconstruction and project pursuit activities.
• Develop preconstruction standards and processes to improve consistency and readiness.
• Oversee constructability reviews, risk assessments, and proposal development.
• Lead bid reviews and pursuit strategies aligning commercial and operational goals.
• Manage staffing, workload, and development within the preconstruction organization.
• Support strategic growth, market expansion, and key customer relationships.
