Qualifications

• 15+ years in progressive manufacturing/operations leadership.
• Proven track record launching, relocating, or expanding manufacturing facilities.
• Experience leading both salaried and hourly teams.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing, production planning, quality systems, constraint management, and continuous improvement.
• Leadership approach centered on integrity, high expectations, low ego, and respect.

Responsibilities

• Establish and run day-to-day operations across a high-mix environment.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a 50+ person team; shape roles, org design, and succession plans.
• Define and track KPIs tied to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth.
• Drive lean practices, standard work, and CI projects; resolve production and capacity constraints.
• Own plant-level P&L, budgeting, and operating results.
• Oversee equipment selection, automation strategy, layout, workflow, and capex.
