Job summary

3 Pepper Burrito Co. is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in Port Charlotte, FL. You’ll build and coach a high-performing team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive profitability while maintaining food quality and standards.

With a real growth path and ownership opportunities, you’ll report to the owners and influence multi-unit expansion as the brand grows. Authorized to work in the U.S. required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and team-building skills.
• High energy, accountability and a hands-on mindset.
• 21+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Food Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Leading daily operations and driving performance.
