Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a General Manager in Orlando, FL to lead a high-performing operations team and own the day-to-day P&L. The role emphasizes profitability, safety, and service excellence to meet productivity goals while fostering growth and client retention.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of leadership experience in a service-driven environment, proven P&L ownership, and a track record of building strong teams and safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive operations leadership within a complex, service-driven environment.
• Proven P&L ownership including budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and EBITDA performance.
• Experience leading and developing teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Experience managing field-based operations with focus on safety, service delivery and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing team, including hiring, training, performance management, and succession planning.
• Own full P&L responsibility for the operation, analyzing financial performance and identifying opportunities to improve profitability, EBITDA, and overall business results.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring resources, staffing, processes, and assets are optimized to meet service and productivity expectations.
• Champion a strong safety and compliance culture, holding teams accountable to established standards while proactively identifying and addressing operational risks.
• Build strong customer and commercial relationships, partnering cross-functionally to support retention, contract negotiations, forecasting, and continued business growth.
