Job summary

Mahoney Environmental in Miami, FL is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring timely customer service and onsite execution Monday through Friday. The role requires strong team leadership and experience in production management within a grease-recycling context.

You will collaborate with HR, finance, logistics, sales, and marketing to optimize performance, budget adherence, and safety across the facility.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
Five to seven years of related experience.
Valid US Driver's License; clean driving record preferred.
Commercial Driver's License Class A or B preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead team to plan and organize daily activities related to production and operations.
Measure productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports.
Coordinate with HR, finance, and logistics to ensure successful production operations.
Work closely with Operations to ensure continuity in processes and production.
Oversee the shipping and receiving functions.
Determine labor needs to meet production goals.
Assist with budget preparation for operations unit.
Coordinate with Sales to price Liquid Recycle and Industrial Trap.
Coordinate with marketing and sales to determine timing of products to be sold and shipped.
Ensure proper safety protocols are being followed.
Perform other related duties as required.
