Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years in operations management or production leadership.
• Valid US driver’s license; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to plan and organize daily production and operations.
• Measure productivity by analyzing performance, financial data, and activity reports.
• Coordinate with HR, finance, and logistics to ensure successful operations.
• Work closely with Operations to ensure process continuity.
• Oversee shipping and receiving functions.
• Determine labor needs to meet production goals.
• Assist with budget preparation for operations unit.
• Coordinate with Sales to price liquids and industrial traps.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales to determine timing of products.
• Ensure proper safety protocols are followed.
