Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a General Manager I to lead field management and ensure profitability across centers. The role requires strong leadership, HR oversight, and the ability to coach staff while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in HVAC or related industries, with solid computer skills and a track record of developing employees and improving operations.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years experience in HVAC or related industries preferred.
• Strong spreadsheet and database skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the operating statement and drive actions.
• Prepare GM reports and take appropriate actions.
• Plan/set/achieve sales goals and coach salespeople.
• Ensure payroll accuracy.
• Maintain effective customer communications.
• Provide HR support and performance management.
• Develop employees and promote internal opportunities.
