Cafe Zupas in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations, develop the team, and implement brand behaviors for a high-energy restaurant. The role includes a yearly European trip for two and a no-Sundays schedule, with a $25k average bonus plan and 401K.

This is a leadership position in a growing brand with competitive pay. You will manage staff, mentor colleagues, and coordinate shifts while upholding our standards for guest experience, quality, and teamwork.

• 2–5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.

General Manager - Yearly European Trip & No Sundays - $

70 – $125k per year

• Yearly Trip to Europe for 2 people (extra week of PTO)
• No Sundays, Early Mornings, or Late Nights
