Cafe Zupas in North Las Vegas is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations. The role includes a yearly European trip for two, Sundays off, and a strong bonus plan with 401K. You will mentor teams and drive guest satisfaction while upholding our real, house-made food philosophy.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
• Available to work a five day set schedule.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team.
• Detail-oriented, growth minded, and a self-starter.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable to new processes and systems.

Responsibilities

General Manager - Yearly European Trip & No Sundays - $70 – $125k per year

• Yearly Trip to Europe for 2 people (extra week of PTO)
• No Sundays, Early Mornings, or Late Nights
• $25k Average Bonus Plan & 401K
