Cafe Zupas in Illinois is hiring a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold Café Zupas standards. This role features a yearly European incentive trip for two and a schedule with no Sundays, along with a strong bonus plan.

You will mentor teams, coordinate shifts, and partner with district mentors to achieve company initiatives. The position offers competitive pay up to $125k and a 401K program with generous benefits.

General Manager - Yearly European Trip & No Sundays - $70 – $125k per year

• Yearly Trip to Europe for 2 people (extra week of PTO)
• No Sundays, Early Mornings, or Late Nights
