Cafe Zupas is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with stability and incentives. This role includes a yearly European trip for two, a robust bonus plan, 401K, PTO, and Sundays off. You will mentor teams, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure smooth, well-organized shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of leadership experience in hospitality and a passion for real, wholesome food and a positive culture.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule.
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Develop team members by providing direction and feedback.
• Implement Café Zupas behaviors that lead to a successful restaurant.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Form authentic relationships with guests.
• Coordinate the team to run happy and well-organized shifts.
