Cafe Zupas is seeking a General Manager (Operating Partner) to lead day-to-day restaurant operations, develop the team, and deliver first-class guest experiences. This role features a yearly European incentive trip for two, a set five-day schedule, and no Sundays.

In this leadership position you will mentor staff, drive performance, and partner with District Mentors to achieve company goals. The package includes a $25k average annual bonus plan, 401K, and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
• Available to work a five day set schedule.
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience.
• Detail-oriented, growth-minded, and a self-starter.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• adaptable to new processes and systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Develop team members by providing direction and feedback.
