Cafe Zupas is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations with a unique incentive package. This yearly role includes an European trip for two and a work schedule that excludes Sundays, early mornings, and late nights.

A strong bonus plan of $25k plus 401K is offered as part of the compensation, with a competitive base salary. You’ll mentor teams, drive guest satisfaction, partner with District Mentors to align with company goals, manage day-to-day duties, and contribute to Cafe

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
• Available to work a five day set schedule.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team.
• Detail-oriented, growth minded, and a self-starter.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable to new processes and systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Develop team members by providing direction and feedback.
