Café Zupas is seeking a General Manager (Operating Partner) to lead the day-to-day restaurant operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences. This role features a yearly European incentive trip for two, a no-Sundays schedule, and a strong bonus plan with 401K benefits.

You will mentor teams, set a set five-day schedule, maintain high standards, and drive growth across our expanding network of kitchens. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $125,000 per year with competitive pay and benefits.

• 2–5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
• Available to work a five day set schedule.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team.
• Detail-oriented, growth-minded, and a self-starter.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
