Cafe Zupas is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with a $70–$125k yearly compensation and a unique annual European incentive trip. The role emphasizes work-life balance with no Sundays and a structured set schedule.

You will mentor teammates, drive guest satisfaction, and partner with district mentors to achieve company initiatives. Cafe Zupas offers a competitive pay, a strong benefits package including 401K and a robust bonus plan, plus opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.

General Manager - Yearly European Trip & No Sundays - $70 – $125k per year

• Yearly Trip to Europe for 2 people (extra week of PTO)
• No Sundays, Early Mornings, or Late Nights
• $25k Average Bonus Plan & 401K
