As a General Manager, you will lead all aspects of bakery operations, inspire and develop a high-performing team, drive business results, and ensure every guest enjoys the quality, service, and experience that define our brand.

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee all day-to-day bakery operations
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a strong, engaged team
• Create and maintain a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction
• Drive sales growth and profitability by achieving bakery performance goals
• Manage labor, scheduling, payroll, food costs, and operating expenses
• Ensure exceptional guest service and effectively resolve customer concerns
• Maintain high standards for product quality, food safety, sanitation, and brand compliance
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Analyze business metrics and implement action plans to improve operational performance
• Partner with ownership and leadership to execute business strategies and achieve organizational objectives
• Support community engagement and local marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of management experience in retail, restaurant, bakery, hospitality, or food service operations

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as business needs require
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
