Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience.
• Proven record as a General Manager of a hotel, resort, or comparable operation.
• Construction/renovation and project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus pre-opening and ongoing operations with a service culture aligned to the McCarthy ecosystem.
• Direct planning, meetings, and critical-path execution to deliver a distinctive guest experience.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Coordinate readiness with construction, ownership, and stakeholders for a seamless opening.
