CTDI is seeking a General Manager to lead the program management team, oversee account relationships, and drive branch operations for a major telecom services client. The role requires 10–15 years of operations leadership in high-volume environments, P&L responsibility, and the ability to motivate a staff of Branch Managers while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This key management position is responsible for account management, customer relations, and operations facilitators. This will include managing and leading CTDI program management team. The General Manager will work directly with our customers to build and maintain a positive working relationship on behalf of the corporation as well as helping to develop new business opportunities for the branches.
