Responsibilities

• Direct supervisors and staff to complete daily hotel and retail tasks.
• Train, on-board, and schedule staff.
• Maintain operation records such as schedules, payroll, deposits, and daily cash reports.
• Forecast and analyze sales, labor, and profit; ensure budget compliance.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Ensure health, sanitation, and safety standards across F&B units.
