Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years restaurant and hotel experience required.
• National park hotel operations experience preferred.
• Able to learn and use POS system including cash register and credit card terminal.
• ServSafe Manager and MAST/TIPS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, direct and train supervisors and employees to ensure efficient daily hotel and retail operations.
• Maintain schedules, payroll, deposits and cash reports.
• Manage staff to enforce standards and minimize conflicts.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and ensure clear shift communication.
• Forecast and analyze sales, labor and profit within budget.
