You will be the key leader responsible for cultivating an exceptional guest experience and upholding our high standards. The position offers a competitive salary of $55,000–$58,000 per year, plus a performance bonus up to 1% of store sales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Experience managing fast-casual or multi-unit restaurant teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 15–25 employees.
• Oversee daily cafe operations and ensure high-quality execution.
• Manage budgets, labor and food costs, and drive profitability.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Ensure brand standards and health/safety compliance.
