Job summary

CAMP Facility Services, LLC in Austin, TX seeks a General Manager to lead multi-family construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and top quality while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

You will manage a team of project managers, superintendents, estimators, and support staff, driving operational efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership and regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in multi-family construction/restoration.
• 5+ years of people leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (preferred).
• Ability to travel regionally or nationally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle of multi-family construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Direct the operations team's daily activities.
• Mentor project managers, superintendents, estimators, and staff.
• Serve as primary client contact and ensure satisfaction.
• Contribute to business development and strategic planning.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
