Job summary

The ideal candidate has prior fine dining management, Michelin exposure preferred, and holds Level Two Sommelier certification. You will drive staffing, cost controls, and guest loyalty while maintaining elevated service standards on the floor.

We're partnered with a Michelin restaurant in Miami Beach looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the operation and team.

This is a highly hospitality-driven environment where service, attention to detail, and guest experience is everything.We're looking for a polished, hands-on leader who understands the expectations of fine dining and can lead a team to consistently deliver at a high level.
