Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a General Manager for manufacturing and distribution with full P&L responsibility. You will oversee manufacturing and distribution functions, mentor ~100 FTEs, and drive lean culture to scale product portfolio.

The role emphasizes strategic and tactical planning, budgeting, and leadership to accelerate growth within a well-established mid-sized organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of manufacturing/distribution leadership experience.
• Full P&L experience and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L and related financial results.
• Lead all manufacturing and distribution functions and related processes.
• Develop and mentor direct and indirect reports (about 100 FTEs).
• Drive lean culture and continuous improvement across operations.
• Develop and manage the strategic and tactical plan and budget.

Mid-sized ($50MM+), well established and growing manufacturer/distributor is looking for an experienced leader (full P&L responsibility) who is interested in helping to take them to the next level (significant upside growth potential.)

Position responsibilities include

• Full P&L responsibility
• Manage/lead all manufacturing &distribution functions and associated business processes
• Manage, lead, mentor and develop direct and indirect reports (approximately 100 ftes)
• Further implement (and leverage) a lean culture/work environment
• Develop (and manage against) a strategic/tactical plan and budget

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree
• 5+ years of manufacturing/distribution leadership experience
• Good working knowledge of production planning, scheduling, quality control, safety, inventory control, lean/related, strategic/tactical planning, etc.
• Full P&L experience
• Excellent leadership, management and people development experience
