Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd seeks a General Manager for Manufacturing/Distribution with full P&L responsibility. The ideal leader will drive manufacturing and distribution functions, mentor a large team, and push a lean culture across the operation.

This role requires 5+ years in manufacturing/distribution leadership, strong P&L experience, and a Bachelor’s degree. Strategic planning and cost budgeting will be central to growth initiatives and culture building.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing/distribution leadership experience.
• Full P&L experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Good working knowledge of production planning, scheduling, quality control, safety, inventory control, lean/related, strategic/tactical planning, etc.

Mid-sized ($50MM+), well established and growing manufacturer/distributor is looking for an experienced leader (full P&L responsibility) who is interested in helping to take them to the next level (significant upside growth potential.)

Position responsibilities include
